By downloading or using FieldMeasure Pro (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal estimating work, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You own the jobs, measurements, photos, and estimates you create. The app stores them on your
device. You are responsible for keeping backups — use Settings → Backup to
export a .fmpro file. We are not responsible for data lost if a device is lost,
reset, or the app is deleted.
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it beyond what the law permits.
FieldMeasure Pro helps you calculate measurements and totals from the inputs and prices you provide. You are responsible for verifying every number before relying on it for a bid, contract, or claim. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
